I would say Taiwan also. Very clean and easy to navigate

But any of those countries you will stand out in if you are not Asian. So you better be prepared in some areas. I guess it all depends on what they are used to.

I still remember being in South Korea and just doing some touristy stuff and having a group of Korean schools kids come up to me fascinated and asking a bunch of questions and being interested in my foreign appearance. But everyone was nice.
